The People Pro Leadership System

The People Pro Leadership system consists of a series of meetings with the management team. Each meeting is approximately one-two hours in length. These are designed to be "topic" meetings covering the major areas that leaders and managers need to master to be effective. The structure is non-formal with facilitation to keep the discussions on task. There is also an opportunity for participants to bring in issues, ideas, etc for group discussion. The format is ideal for teambuilding, professional growth and making sure a management team is working from the same framework.
